The Empire expects Cassian to return to Ferrix after the death of his stepmother. No doubt Supervisor Dedra Meero will be on hand with her death squad to catch him at the funeral. Also heading to the planet are Vel Sartha, Syril Karn, and Luthen Rael.

Crashing this restricted ceremony might be the Empire’s greatest mistake, as it should encourage the locals to stand up and fan the flames of rebellion, especially when playing Maarva’s recorded hologram. These events should persuade Cassian to fully join the Rebel Alliance.

Meanwhile, the mission to attack the Empire’s Spellhouse power plant is murky. There is a chance Luthen will change his mind and alert Anto Kreegyr and his crew to Empire’s bait. Saw Gerrera could step in to save the day while his pilots provide air support for the attack.

what happened in Andor Episode 11?

We started with Cassian and Villain One Partner Ruescott Melshi scales a cliff on Narkina 5 and attempts to steal a Quadjumper ship, only to be ensnared by a Keredian named Cycyed Ock and his brother. When pressed for their loyalty to the Empire, they revealed that they are escaped prisoners. Not fans of the Empire, the aliens are happy to offer their Junker spaceship to fly off the planet and get back to the vacation world of Niamos, where Cassian’s personal belongings were left behind.

On Ferrix, Maarva succumbs to her terminal illnesses and dies, leaving her grieving droid, Bee, alone and confused. ISB’s Dedra Meero orders that the funeral be a restricted affair, one that she wholeheartedly hopes to capture Cassian.

Vel Sartha heard of Maarva’s death and visited Mon Mothma on Coruscant to tell her of her plans, but it remains unclear whether or not she is still trying to take down Cassian on Luthen’s orders. Mon tells Vel about her funding issues and admits she was forced to deal with Davo Sculden.

Over at the Karn household, Syril received a message from a former Pre-Mor colleague, Linus Mosk (Alex Ferns), telling him that Maarva is dead and that this may attract Cassian’s return. This reignites Syril’s vengeance and he steals money from his mother’s stash to pay for his journey.

Meanwhile, on Segra Milo, Luthen has once again teamed up with Saw Gerrera to tell him that his air support is not needed for the attack on the Spellhaus power plant, as he has decided to protect his ISB source Lonni Jung and Anto instead Leaving Kreegyr and his men for the downfall of a greater good.

Luthen went off-planet, adeptly dodging an Imperial Arrestor Cruiser with a barrage of countermeasures and outlandish flight maneuvers before launching himself into hyperspace in electrifying Star Wars style.

Cassian communicates with a Confederate on Ferrix, who informs him that Maarva has perished, setting our spy on course for this planet to attend her funeral with everyone else!

will there be one Andor Season 2?

Yes, Lucasfilm showrunner Tony Gilroy is committed to a second season of Andor which brings us to the daring theft in 2016 Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. The second installment is due to start cameras this month for another 12-episode season that won’t arrive until late 2023 or early 2024.
