2022 State News Gambling Guide: Week 11

Each week, The State News degenerates 21 and older help you make some money with three tips of their own. We’ll also be updating our logs from the past week so you can see who’s really helping youh a.

Sam Sklar, Sports Editor (18-fifteen)

2-1 more weeks for me. This is starting to get easy.

Illinois (1H+10) at Michigan

I’ll go right back to Michigan fading well here in the first half. The Wolverines have not covered a first-half spread since Oct. 1. I think we’re getting an inspired Illinois team to start the game after going from favorites in the Big Ten West to suddenly dropping two games in a row.

State of Oklahoma (+7.5) at Oklahoma

This may be a trap, but I’ll address it. I know Oklahoma has historically dominated this rivalry, but both teams have new coaches, so I think that can be partially thrown out the window. Oklahoma State is a much better team this year and I think it’s great that I can get the hook here too.

USC at UCLA (+2.5)

Zach Charbonnet, Dorian Thompson-Robinson, Chip Kelly. Let’s go.

Alex Faber, football reporterr (13-20)

Good. Just a few more weeks into the regular season and I’ll be in a massive deficit. My apologies to all readers who wasted their hard earned money on my gambling advice. Just bet what Sam says.

Penn State (-19.5). Rueger

Rutgers is just terrible. This could be a very low scoring game as both defenses are actually pretty solid, but I just don’t see how the Scarlet Knights are going to find the endzone. I witnessed firsthand just how choppy and inconsistent that offense was this past weekend. Give me the Nittany Lions with an easy win.

State of Ohio (-27.5). Maryland

One of the few bets that came in for me last week came courtesy of the Buckeyes. I’ll be smacking with them again this week.

Maryland has been doing Maryland things this season. After a promising start to the season, the wheels fell off over the course of the year. The Terrapins seem to be playing their worst ball in November, so hand me Ohio State with a blowout win.

UL Monroe (+15) on Troy

I’ll be honest, I know absolutely nothing about either team. If you want updated information on a game like this, ask Eli. I’ll just throw a dart at the board and hope to score some points. Give me the Warhawks to cover the spread.

Eli McKown, State News Editor (15-18)

3:0! After a brutal start on behalf of the South Alabama Jaguars, we’re once again approaching .500.

South Alabama (-7.5) at Southern Miss

Car.

Duke (+7) at Pitt

Mike Elko is doing something special there in North Carolina. Pitt had a great week last time, but that seemed more like a stroke of luck to me. I like it when Duke covers and possibly wins in this case.

Texas Tech (+3.5) in Iowa Federal State

Texas Tech is a mystery. This is one you’re definitely not looking forward to on schedule, but it can implode at times. I bet Texas Tech is thriving and at least holding on to a field goal or less loss.
